What hardware do you use?

All hardware is Supermicro, Fujitsu and HP of Enterprise quality. We have our own hardware / Network and our own Team.

What are the payment methods?

We accept multiple payment methods:

Skrill
Credit Card
Bitcoin
Bank Transfer (Ticket is required with payment confirmation)
What fees are charged for each payment processor?

The fees are charged by each payment processor, not by us, which means that we get €0,00 EUR on these fees:

5% fees charged by PayPal
0% fees charged by Skrill
3% fees charged by Credit Card
0% fees charged by Bitcoin
€6,00 EUR Bank Transfer (SEPA) and 2% Outside of Europe
How can I terminate my server?

If you want to terminate your server you need to do it with 5 days prior notice. You should go to the Client Area and in the server overview click on Request cancellation. All services will be shutdown if we do not get any response in this time period.

Where are the servers located?

All our servers are collocated in Obe Data Centers, the best datacenter in Sweden, deep within the bedrock and is one of Sweden most spectacular datacenters. Also in The Netherlands (DataOne), Luxembourg (Luxconnect) and Switzerland's Zurich.

Can I ask for a refund?

Evoluso does only provide refunds on NON-delivered services. Once a server is delivered we do not provide a refund, unless we did not deliver what you ordered. If the server is not delivered yet you always have the right for a refund.

What is not allowed in our Network?

The following activities are prohibited:

Scam Sites (ex: Ebay/Paypal, CC/Password Scam sites)
Mailbombers or any sort of spam sites
Network abuse (When it happens, the Port is limited to 10M)
Phishing Websites
Child Abuse websites
Spam Emails
IP spoofing
Netscan / Hack programs and archives
Malicious Scripts (ex: originate DDoS attacks or hack attempts)
Botnet/Doorway/Carding
Flooding
Anything that can result in Spamhaus listing

The use of any of such cases gives us the right to cancel your service without notice, and without any right for a refund.

How does your support work?

Some of our servers are Unmanaged. Managed Servers are properly marked. For all servers, we offer a responsive client area, where you will be able to restart, stop, start, reinstall, open rescue console, all this directly from your client area. We also offer IPMI KVM, so that you can do a complete maintenance of the server. However, whenever you have a question or problem, just contact us using our contact methods.

What are your work hours?

Our departments operate with different schedules:

Support Department: 24h / 7 / 365
Sales Department: 24h / 7 / 365
Billing Department: Monday to Friday | 8h - 19h
Provisioning Department: Monday to Friday | 8h - 19h

We respond to all emails and tickets as fast as possible, depending on our availability, usually in a few minutes.

What is the setup time?

The servers are delivered in: 1h ~ 24h max. (except weekends). If there is any delay in delivery, we will inform you at maximum 24 hours after the order was made. If the order is out of stock, we will refund you the money in full.

Do you provide backups or complex configurations?

We do not collect any backup from our clients. That is not our policy. We offer 100% privacy to our clients, and do not get any information or data from their servers. Servers are delivered with a Fresh OS, after that, all things, configurations or backups are total responsibility of our clients.
