The only identifying information required to create an account is a valid email address. We do not require your name, postal address, phone number or identity documents to create an account or complete an order. We process the selected service, order status and payment confirmation needed to provide the service. When you contact us, we process your message and any information you choose to include. Account sessions record the session IP address and user agent.

We use this information to create and manage accounts, authenticate sessions, process orders and payment confirmations, provide the requested services, answer support or sales enquiries and protect account access. We rely on the performance of our contract, legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, or consent where appropriate.

We do not monitor customer server traffic or inspect content stored on or transmitted through customer servers. If you ask us to investigate a service issue, we process only the information you choose to provide and the technical information needed to respond. You remain responsible for your server content, access credentials and backups unless a separate service is agreed.
